What to tell us when you book

  • Which system you need — 12K, 18K, 24K or 36K
  • How many — contractors picking up several, let us know so we can stage them
  • Accessories — condenser bracket, 25′ lineset kit, 3″ lineset cover kit
  • Roughly when you’d like to come by

What happens next

  1. You pick a time. We confirm it.
  2. We send the pickup address once your appointment is set.
  3. Your equipment is pulled and staged before you get here.
  4. You load up and go. Most pickups take a few minutes.
